Booking FAQ
- How is travel calculated?
- Quotes start from Brooklyn, NY. Local dates under 50 miles have no travel fee. Out-of-town dates bill round-trip mileage. Flights and hotels apply over 300 miles, or if you choose to fly.
- When is a tech rider required?
- Flight and international bookings need a tech rider so the venue can match sound and lighting.
- Are these final rates?
- No. The live quote is not final. Depending on the details we collect — venue, timing, production, travel, and lodging — the confirmed rate may be higher or lower. Final pricing is set in the booking contract after review, and the date is held after contract and deposit.
- How do deposits work?
- A deposit is required to hold the date. Exact terms are confirmed in the booking contract after this request is reviewed.
